[Problem/Bug]: WebView2 displays a blank page when opening a PDF file with parameter "#zoom=300,400,500"

Description
What happened?
The path carrying parameter of the opened PDF file is "#zoom=300,400,500", and the result is displayed as a blank page, but not all PDF files will be displayed as a blank page. I am very confused about this and do not understand why some PDF files will be displayed as a blank page. Please help me.

Call the Navigation method and pass the path "D:\Work\PDFList\ 07000003.pdF #zoom=300,400,500".(PDF file total 2 pages)
The result appears as a blank page.
