Description
What happened?
WPF uses webview2.
Load a local html page, pull it to the bottom of the page, and press F5 to refresh the page quickly and constantly.
The page will move up slowly and involuntarily
Importance
Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

Research direction
Start with a WPF application hosting WebView2 and a local HTML page, reproduce the stated sequence of scrolling to the bottom and repeatedly pressing F5, and observe whether the page moves upward. No repository files or tests are named; done means the uncontrolled scrolling is reproduced, its cause is identified, and a verified fix or clearly documented limitation is established.
