[Problem/Bug]: The WebView2 installer does not show an end user license agreement

What happened?

I'm part of a team that develops an application that relies on the WebView2 to display web content. Ideally, the installation package of our application would contain the WebView2 installer and would automatically install it behind the scenes. However, legal concerns prevent us from doing so.

The problem is that the WebView2 installer does not show any end user license agreement when an installation is executed. Instead, a license agreement is shown when the WebView2 installer is downloaded. So, if we package the WebView2 installer into our application installer the end user will never agree to anything related to the WebView2. That is because we as a legal entity had to already accept the license agreement when we downloaded the package.

So, instead we now have to force the end users of our applications to manually download and execute the WebView2 installer and only allow our installer to run if end user has done so. This makes our installation experience very tedious.

Our legal department does not allow us to package the WebView2 installer into our application installer. Is that the way it is intended to be? If not, please make it more clear how to deal with this or add the end user license agreement into the installer.
