What happened?
I have seen this issue both in new teams and new outlook.
windows 11, swedish and us keyboard layouts
per application keyboard layout.
sometimes when switching between app teams and outlook gets a corrupted swedish layout which cannot be fixed
with less than a restart of the app. It doesn't help to switch app, it doesn't help to switch the keyboard layout for the
current app
The application will work correctly after restart which indicates that it is a app problem.
Importance
Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

setup computer with multiple keyboard layouts
use international layout on teams and outlook
the bug will hit you sooner or later. I am hit a few times a day and have for the last 6+ months
