Description

What happened?

If you press down on an item near the left or top of the window, CSS cursor property changes are not honored. They work if you click in the middle of the window.

I've seen this both in Tauri and WPF host apps.

Importance

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

Cursor updates to move

Cursor does not update. It only updates when the mouse is released.
