Description

Description
The downloads window (hub) shows after calling WebView2.CoreWebView2.OpenDefaultDownloadDialog(). You can notice that any clickable items around the window (about 40px around the window) becoming not clickable.

The Edge browser has the similar downloads window. But it doesn't have the issue
