Description
After updating the version of the Webview2 to 109.0.1518.49 (previous one was 107.0.1418.42), our users are periodically facing rendering problems; in particular the text is blurry and only passing over it with the mouse makes it clear. I know there was a similar issue with pdfs in the past but this is html.

Runtime: Stable 109.0.1518.49
Framework: WPF
OS: WIN10

It's difficult to reproduce the problem, it happens occasionally to our users and we have screenshots (see below)
