Touchpad horizontal scroll doesn't work

Description
I'm facing two issues with webview2 touchpad support.
- Using the touchpad to horizontally scroll a page doesn't work and results in a vertical scroll instead.
- Pinch zooming with the touchpad zooms in to the upper left corner instead of the mouse pointer
I tested this on the latest version with a UWP project.
I also tested it against webview1 control (Windows.UI.Xaml.Controls.WebView) which seems to be behaving correctly.
