Description

We got some VOC from our customer regarding blue screen errors.
It seems the following issue has been recurring.
https://twitter.com/MSEdgeDev/status/1445839848665796610?t=TtL9wXxY5Vw-TDLXhVCa0w&s=19
During the time the above tweet was posted, as we are providing the app which is using MSEdge and WebView2 runtime, our app is also getting affected by this problem.
In May of this year we got a report that this issue happens again.
But, not like the previous, this time issue only happens with a particular environment.
Following are identified reproduced environments.

Tablet/Pen device: Wacom One, Lenovo L390 Yoga
Note: It also happens with AES pen as well
Microsoft Edge build number : 101.0.1210.39

Reproduce steps
Using Wacom one:
1.Ensure that [Use Windows Ink] in tablet driver settings is checked
2.Operate tap/scroll manipulation with pen on MS Edge

Using AES pen:
1.Operate tap/scroll manipulation with AES pen on MS Edge
