How can I delete the user Data folder ?

Description
I have tried to delete the user data folder that I've created in AppData\Roaming\myappname, after the form is closed and all processes of Microsoft Edge WebView2 is closed, but still I get this exception :
path to file BrowserMetrics-60FA3663-2684.pma is denied.
