Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in a WPF WebView2 client using the reported SDK 1.0.864.35 on Windows 10: show a JavaScript dialog, close it with the top-right button, then focus the non-browser client and press a key. Use the linked screenshot and exception details to identify the failure; done means key presses no longer raise the exception after the dialog is closed.
