Description

Description
Rendering issues/artifacts on Windows Server 2019.
When changing the size of the WebView2 component via a window resize or when moving its position in the window via a scroll viewer we can see rendering artifacts. The parts of or all of the area behind the WebView2 component displays through the component.

Version
SDK: 1.0.774.44
Runtime: Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, 88.0.705.56
Framework: .NET Framework 4.7.2, WPF
OS: Windows Server 2019 Standard 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434)
Display Driver: Matrox G200eW3 (Nuvoton) WDDM 2.0, 4.4.0.4 Matrox Graphics Inc.
Session: Running over RDP and also "HP iLO Integrated Console" connection from another Windows machine.

Reproduction Steps
In this environment you can either:

  • Scroll a WebView2 component inside a WPF ScrollViewer.
  • Resize a WPF Window with a WebView2 component.
