Description
Using multiple monitors, when I moved a WPF window over to a different monitor, WebView is lost.
This is happens in version 1.0.790-prerelease. Version 0.9.515-prerelease is fine.

Repro Steps
- Create a simple WPF project
- Add WebView2 Control
- Move Window from the first monitor to second monitor.
