Add support for styling in subtitles (webvtt)

Sorry, MSEdgeExplainers is not the right place for asking this but the ability to style video subtitles is basic and important. I feel like this is a major omission from the chromium platform and that it has "fallen off the radar". Maybe that Microsoft devs could contribute and implement this feature?

More importantly, previously (before chromium (trident?)) Edge supported h265 decoding. Microsoft should implement back support for this codec, as they did. The ecological cost and user experience cost is far higher than the economical cost of said codec (~1 euro max for life per user.. and I'm sure Netflix & ci could capture that cost by a mean of reducing their server costs by halving the size of videos)
The hypocrisy driven by free software extremists has to stop as it has a major consequence on the user experience of human beings and even more importantly, an ecological cost that future generations will consider as crime against humanity.

Moreover, even if as said above, the patent cost is not a serious enough issue as the benefits far outweight the very low cost (I'm refering to the price as Microsoft is currently selling on its own store), h266 has been released and shall have even less issues. Again, ecology shall prevail as video traffic is the single biggest demand of bandwith of the whole internet.
As a reminder, Microsoft righfully supported h265 pre-chromium.
Safari is the only browser to support h265 currently, which give an advantage to Apple regarding efficiency hence a competitive advantage decreasing Windows and Android marketshare.
Let's avoid wasting time talking about AV1 as the codec, while space efficient is not practical as it is not time efficient, the encoding and decoding speed (regardless of hardware support) are just not competitive with h265. Moreover, h266 will soon replace h265 and set a new standard for video streaming worlwide.
