Description
In remote debugging , when I hover over any element to see it's pixel size, I cannot, because the pixel size is in white, whereas the background color of the tooltip is yellow. While the class names are more easy to make out, but it is still yellow-upon-yellow. It interferes with the developer's ability to quickly iterate through possible responsive choices.
PS:
Not sure if this was the right place to post this issue, but I did because:
- I was not sure if it is a chromium issue, because Chrome would not even detect the remote device.
- 'Send Feedback' feature of MS Edge does not allow me to post custom screenshots, like the one below.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the remote-debugging hover tooltip shown in the attached screenshot and inspect the pixel-size and class-name text against its yellow background. Done means both values have sufficient contrast to be read quickly during responsive debugging.
