Description
Bug: The sample PWA is already pinned to taskbar & Start menu, which is contradicted by available Pin to taskbar & Pin to Start menuitems to do that.
Expect: Remove menuitem(s) if already pinned, or put checkmark state indicator on menuitems.

Latest UI in my running sample:
I tried that Pin to taskbar command, got dialog confirming "pin to taskbar";
yet still continue having that unwanted Pin to taskbar menuitem, w/ no indication that the app is already pinned to taskbar.
Same bug re: Pin to Start menuitem: my Start menu contains the app yet the menuitem is available as if not already in Start:
