期待这个 gh repo + eastmoney 的方案 早日并入 efinance ,
efinance 可以加入上报机制，日K数据，量级并不大，72 hrs
efinance 优先查询某个 gh repo，
如果没有 date+finance-type+code 的数据，再去 eastmoney,
成功获取后，存入到某个 gh repo，

用 cache 分流后， 就不会 限流了。

Start by reading the linked discussion #216 and the referenced ihQuant proof of concept. Trace how daily K data is currently obtained and decide where the repository lookup, Eastmoney fallback, and reporting flow belong. Done should include a documented cache-hit and cache-miss behavior, but the issue does not name files or tests.
