Can't connect to server

When running in debug mode i end up with theses lines looping over and over.

> Mono path[1] = '/root/mounted/RustDedicated_Data/Mono'
> Mono config path = '/root/mounted/RustDedicated_Data/Mono/etc'

i believe its normal.
But i cant connect to server from rust.

Start by reproducing the container in debug mode and compare the repeated /root/mounted/RustDedicated startup output with the server's connection behavior from the Rust client. Done means identifying why the server is unreachable and confirming that a client can connect successfully.
