Description
Given the recent changes to Twitter the API doesn't seem to be the same as when we first wrote this guide for the Twitter bot.
We need another example to use here for others to follow using a public API.
An idea here could be using a weather API to determine the weather for the week.

Research direction
Locate the 2022 Golang Twitter bot section in the guide and review how the existing example uses Twitter. Choose a public API example, such as a weather API, and update the guide with the replacement walkthrough. Done means the documented example is complete and usable without relying on the changed Twitter API.
