We are requesting the release of the complete, corresponding, and buildable kernel source code for the REDMI Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro (codename: klee).
Device Information
- Device: REDMI Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro
- Codename: klee
- SoC: MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra (MT6899Z_A/TZA, MT6899)
- OS: Android 16 / HyperOS 3
- Firmware: OS3.0.307.0.WPJMIXM
- Region: Global

Request
The kernel source for klee has not yet been published in the Xiaomi Kernel Open Source repository.
As required by the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPLv2), under which the Linux kernel is licensed, we kindly request Xiaomi to publish the complete corresponding source code for the kernel distributed with this device.
Please publish the kernel source corresponding to the current Global firmware OS3.0.307.0.WPJMIXM to the official MiCode/Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource repository.
A complete source release would allow developers and the community to build and maintain kernels for the REDMI Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro and continue open-source development for the device.
Thank you for your time and for supporting the open-source development community.

Research direction
Start by checking the MiCode/Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource repository for the klee codename and the kernel version 6.6.102-android15-8. Confirm whether source for firmware OS3.0.307.0.WPJMIXM is absent. Done means Xiaomi publishes complete, corresponding, buildable kernel source for the REDMI Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro.
