[GPL Compliance Request] Mi Box S (MDZ-22-AB) — U-Boot and Linux kernel source

Hello,

I am the owner of a Xiaomi Mi Box S (model MDZ-22-AB), which ships with U-Boot and a Linux kernel, both licensed under GPLv2. Under GPLv2 Section 3, Xiaomi is required to make the complete, corresponding source code for these components available to anyone who receives the binary — either by including it with the product, providing a written offer valid for at least three years, or another compliant method.

Others have previously raised similar requests in the MiCode/MiBox_Kernel_OpenSource repository, which currently only lists a branch for the original MIBOX3 (global), not the MDZ-22-AB, and received no response, so I have posted here along with there.

Could you please either:

Point me to where the complete U-Boot and kernel source for MDZ-22-AB is published, or
Confirm a timeline for its release if it hasn't yet been made available.

I'd appreciate a response within 30 days. Happy to provide the firmware version/build number from my device if that helps locate the correct source tree.

Review MiCode/MiBox_Kernel_OpenSource and the linked issue 13, especially whether MDZ-22-AB is covered by an existing branch. Start by checking the published branches and the device details in the request; done means providing a complete source location or a maintainer-confirmed release timeline.
