Description

Hi,

Just wondering what’s going on with the kernel source for Redmi Note 14 4G (tanzanite).

The device already received a kernel upgrade (Linux 5.10 → 6.12), and other devices in the same series (Note 14 Pro, Note 14S, etc.) already have their kernel source released.

Even newer devices like the Note 15 series are getting their sources, while this one is still missing.

It’s getting a bit confusing why this specific device is left out.

Any update on when the kernel source might be released?

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reviewing the repository contents and existing Redmi Note 14 Pro, Note 14S, or Note 15 source releases to determine whether tanzanite is represented. Done would require the Redmi Note 14 4G kernel source to be released, which depends on the vendor.
