Redmi Note 14 4G (tanzanite) kernel source missing despite kernel upgrade and other devices being released

Hello Xiaomi Open Source Team,

I would like to request the release of the Linux kernel source code for the Redmi Note 14 4G (codename: tanzanite).

The device has already received system updates including a kernel upgrade (from Linux 5.10 to 6.12), but the corresponding kernel source code has not been published on the Xiaomi Kernel OpenSource repository.

At the same time, kernel sources have already been released for:

• Redmi Note 14 Pro
• Redmi Note 14S
• Redmi Note 14 5G
• and even newer Redmi Note 15 series devices

This creates an inconsistency, especially considering that some of these devices share similar platforms.

Since the Linux kernel is licensed under GPLv2, the corresponding source code should be made publicly available.

Could you please clarify the status of the kernel source for this device and provide an estimated timeline for its release?

Start by checking the Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource repository for the tanzanite device and compare its availability with the Redmi device sources listed in the issue. The work is complete when the corresponding kernel source is published, or the Xiaomi Open Source Team provides a status and estimated release timeline.
