Description
Hello Xiaomi Team,
I am a developer and advanced user of the Redmi 12 5G. I am currently working on compiling external modules and custom drivers, specifically for Wi-Fi adapters, which require access to the device’s kernel source.
Could you please provide the official kernel source for the Redmi 12 5G running Android 15 (MIUI/stock)? Access to the kernel source will allow me to build external modules and ensure proper support for additional hardware features, such as monitor mode for Realtek Wi-Fi adapters, in compliance with GPL licensing.
Thank you for your assistance and support.
Best regards,
[Puskar Budha]/ Xiaomi Community

Research direction
The issue names no repository file, test, or entry point; start by reviewing the Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource repository and the Redmi 12 5G Android 15 request. Done would require an official kernel source release or a maintainer-provided location for it, so this is primarily a maintainer-side request rather than a self-contained coding task.
