Description
Hello Xiaomi Kernel Team,
I noticed that the Redmi 9A (codename: dandelion) was updated to Android 11 with Linux kernel 4.19.127.
However, the kernel source code published here only covers Android 10 with kernel 4.9 (branch dandelion-q-oss).
According to GPLv2, you are obligated to release the full source code for the updated kernel.
Please publish the kernel 4.19 source for Redmi 9A to comply with GPLv2 license terms.
Thank you for your attention and support.
Best regards,
zyexro

Research direction
Start by comparing the published dandelion-q-oss branch, which covers Android 10 and kernel 4.9, with the Android 11 Redmi 9A kernel version identified in the issue, 4.19.127. Confirm whether the corresponding kernel source is absent; done means the complete kernel 4.19 source for dandelion is published.
