Syntax clarification in config.push.json

I've seen a few different varieties of the APN JSON object in the docs, support, and iOS walkthrough (i.e 'gateway' key absent, variations on naming the object 'apn', 'apn-dev', 'apn-development', and some that have both 'apn' and 'apn-dev' present).

I'm in the process of going from development to production, and while development is working fine, the production keys aren't acting the same way in the same environment. Anyways, basically in the process of eliminating all the possible variables, so any guidance with the syntax would be much appreciated

Determine which configuration syntax is current for development and production, then update the conflicting examples and verify that the documented keys and object names are consistent.
