Title Defaulting to App Title

I'm attempting to set the title on an APN notification, however, it keeps defaulting to the name of my app. I'm sending a push exactly like the example text in the readme.

Start with the push-notification example in the README and trace how the APN title is populated. Reproduce the report using the README payload, then verify that the supplied title is displayed instead of the app name; done means the reported fallback no longer occurs.
