Fully integrate into new Advanced Meteor method and Meteor?

@Floriferous started work on new Advanced Meteor method:

That PR is going to be accepted once few more decisions are made (like what namespace it will live under, migration from validated-method, etc.)
My hope is that we could also get the rest of the hooks from this package into it or into Meteor code itself.
If anyone wants to take a shot at it, please go ahead!

Then identify how the remaining hooks from this package could be integrated into the new Advanced Meteor method or Meteor itself.
