How to use GroundDB?

On this thread https://forums.meteor.com/t/how-to-use-grounddb/2946 I tried asking for help because I can't make it work?
Could you please take a look at my code and help me fix it.
From your documentation it looks like it should be easy to use but for me it doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?
Is there any example code on git hub?

Is it possible that you package needs meteor add appcache?
Because once I included it I think it worked.
I don't think this is mentioned anywhere?
If this package is needed shouldn't be automatically included?
