Description
OSCAR-nextgen should follow Web-architecture principles - particularly that the things (objects) it manages are addressable by URL. These URLs should be durable so that people can link to those objects (i.e., hypermedia). See [W3C/OGC Spatial Data on the Web Best Practice: Web Principles for Spatial Data](https://www.w3.org/TR/sdw-bp/#bp-webprinciples).
