Description

Library status (12.01.2024)

  • The SwissPollenTools library ExtractionWorker currently support the Poleno Configurations from 2020 to 2024, utilizing a minimized schema defined in the swisspollentools/schemas/sptSchema.py module.
  • The extraction, inference and to csv workers have been tested extensively in the cloud. However, if bugs appear using them, it should be a priority to document the error in the issues section!
  • The model_qc scripts provides tools to analyze the results of an Inference pipeline (extraction -> inference -> toCsv). It has not been implemented as a worker yet.
