Description

For several playermodels seemingly at random, regardless of if i am trying to wear it or if someone else is wearing it, i get this error when trying to load them, even if they work fine on other people's end.

as for my specific logs in the console for this particular instance;
[Outfitter] coFetchWS gma.rebuild_nolua 3168775911 invalid header nil
[Outfitter] FetchWS downloading 3168775911 failed for reason: gmarebuild
[Outfitter ERROR] Download failed for workshop 3168775911: gmarebuild

I have also previously used this model on outfitter before with no issues, but for the past few days i have been getting this gmarebuild error randomly for some models.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure with workshop item 3168775911 and reviewing the Outfitter console entries for coFetchWS, gma.rebuild_nolua, and FetchWS. Trace the gmarebuild and invalid-header failure through the workshop download path; done means the affected playermodels load reliably rather than intermittently failing.
