Description
On group questions like this one, even when you use the gear selector to only show one question's timeline, the 50th percentile range doesn't show up. But this range is still driving the bounds of the chart so it looks weirdly wide.
Relatedly, would be good to have the ability to narrow the chart to closer to the median, ignoring the range.

Research direction
Reproduce the problem on the linked group question, using the gear selector to display one question's timeline, and inspect the timeline chart behavior. Done means the 50th-percentile range is visible when expected and the chart no longer appears unnecessarily wide; consider the median-focused narrowing request separately.
