Description

Unsure about the optimal implementation, but AutoQuestionsBot is not technically labeled "bot", and comments a lot, so it floods the comments feed.
We should consider removing it in some way.

Maybe AutoQuestionsBot should be is_staff = True + is_bot = True and then the is_staff flag overpowers the is_bot flag when deciding whether or not to hide from the comments section by default.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the comments-feed filtering and the handling of AutoQuestionsBot's is_staff and is_bot flags; done means AutoQuestionsBot no longer floods the default comments feed while staff comments remain visible.
