profile "forecasting performance" section doesn't trigger navigation successfully

Description
In the user's profile page, clicking on the section "Forecasting Performance" is supposed to navigate to the "Medals" tab. Clicking in the area does append ?mode=medals to the url, but it doesn't have any effect.
