Description
Tournament Archived order doesn't work (or works mysteriously)
slack thread: https://metaculus.slack.com/archives/C01Q9AQBVHB/p1767381176715089
The sort on the archive in the tournaments page seems broken, some more recent tournaments are showing up at the bottom. https://www.metaculus.com/tournaments/archived/
Maybe the returned data is ignoring the sort, or is it something else?

Start at the archived tournaments page and review the Slack thread for the reported ordering behavior. Trace how archived tournament data is fetched and sorted, then verify that tournaments appear in the correct archive order, with newer archived tournaments placed consistently.
