please upgrade pod spec and publish to pod repo 🙏

1. pod spec's version is still 0.0.3
2. pod spec is not published to pod repo so it can not be searched from source.

although it's better to use SPM, but I'm going to use your SDK through pods dependency. it requires the dependency being published to the repo. so can you please publish your spec file to the pod repo? so I can use it as below in my sub framework:
` s.dependency 'tkey-rust-ios', '0.0.4' `
