Surface the cron job(s) frequency somewhere in the UI

It could be interesting to display this (and possibly other metadata) to inform users what to expect.

Start by locating the UI that presents cron jobs and checking where their frequency metadata is available. Confirm the scope with @Montoya, then define completion as displaying the cron job frequency in the UI and verify the result for the supported cron jobs.
