Description
Remove obsolete export entries from package.json. This includes all /dist entries. There are top-level export entries we can use instead that have better support for build systems that don't support export maps (e.g. browserify).

Research direction
Start in package.json and inspect the export entries, especially the obsolete /dist paths and the available top-level entries. Remove the unnecessary entries while retaining the top-level exports that support build systems without export-map support. Done means package.json no longer contains the obsolete /dist exports and its remaining export configuration is valid.
