1 wei for activation

I opened an issue because i could not connect with metamask on android

Together with support we found out that my account did not had sufficient funds to connect and that my account needed $1000 worth of eth. I do not want to ask my customers for that amount of money, could maby accounts be activated with a balance of 1 wei? I have much more apps i would like to intergrate with metamask but not with the current required balance for connection on android
