[Bug] Add Contact Model Not Appearing

**Describe the bug**

After sending a transaction to an unknown address, there is no prompt to add this address into contacts.

**To Reproduce**
_Steps to reproduce the behavior_
1. Tap on send
2. Enter a new address that is not in the recent or on the contact list.
3. Sign and send the transaction.
4. No add contact modal pops up.

**Expected behavior**

A modal should pop up prompting the user to add this address to contacts.
