Replace React native camera

**Describe the usability problem**
`react-native-camera` is currently deprecated. We should consider replacing `react-native-camera` to a more used option. We should also close this [PR](https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-mobile/pull/3156) if we replace this package.

Start by reviewing the current react-native-camera usage and the referenced PR 3156, then determine the replacement option and affected mobile flows. Done means the deprecated package has been replaced and PR 3156 is closed if the replacement makes it unnecessary.
