Feature Request: Scan QR Code to Import NFT Address

Have to type in address manually when importing an NFT.

Similar to the "Send" feature, expect to be able to scan to import address.

Start by examining the existing QR scanning flow used by the Send feature and compare it with the NFT import flow. The work is done when importing an NFT address can use the scanner instead of requiring manual entry, with behavior consistent with Send.
