Can I interface Ethereum network via MetaMask-mobile in a mobile native application?

We want to develop a mobile native application(Android/iOS) interfacing Ethereum network.
The interfaces are expected to cover full functionalities same as MetaMask chrome plugin(a web3 browser).
And, the application will be develop with C++(for Unreal Engine) and Java/Kotlin/ObjectiveC.

My question is...
Using MetaMask mobile, Can the mobile native application descripted above make actions same as dapp on a web3 browser?
(or can be done with WalletConnect?)
