Description
### Describe the bug
When a user selects "Alphabetical Order" sorting and switches between networks, the sorting selection persists as expected. `However, if the user selects Popular networks, the selection unexpectedly resets to "Declining Balance."` - update: sorting resets to Declining balance when user is on the homescreen.
It's unclear whether this behavior is intentional.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Android using version 8.12.0, build 6925, following the reported sorting and network-switching steps and reviewing the attached recording. Compare Alphabetical and Popular sorting when returning to the homescreen, then confirm the intended persistence behavior and verify that the selection no longer resets unexpectedly.
