[Bug]: Ledger: clicking Continue if Eth app is closed displays Something went wrong message

### Describe the bug

During a send or swap transaction: if the Eth app is closed and the user clicks Continue on MetaMask, instead of doing any action on the Ledger device, then Something went wrong modal is displayed

### Expected behavior

Clicking Continue to display the same error message Open Eth app instead of Something went wrong (As it happens for error modal Ledger locked, for example)

1. Add Ledger account
2. Quit the Ethereum App
3. Start Send or Swap
4. Notice modal Open Ethereum
5. Click Continue on MetaMask
6. Notice modal Something went wrong

Start by reproducing the Ledger send or swap flow with the Ethereum app closed, then trace the mobile Ledger error handling from the Open Ethereum app modal through the Continue action. Done means the same Open Eth app error is shown instead of Something went wrong on Android and iOS.
