[Bug]: Staked TRX is not displayed in UI and staking new TRX adds incorrect activity

### Describe the bug

Staked TRX available for TROn address: are not displayed in the Tron detail page
Trying to Stake more TRX dows not display in the UI and observed incorrect activity logged for the Staked event.

Start by reproducing the recording on Android 8.7.0, then trace the Tron detail page and the staking activity flow. Done means existing staked TRX is visible, newly staked TRX appears in the UI, and the Staked activity is logged correctly.
