[Bug]: While performing bridge between any EVM tokens bridge activity is not apprpriate

### Describe the bug

In continuation of defect: https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-mobile/issues/34046 and fixed PR: https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-mobile/pull/34224

I still find that while performing bridge between any EVM tokens like MON(Monad) to USDT(Ethereum) bridge activity is not apprpriate. It is showing as Bridged USDT, rather than Bridged MON

### Expected behavior

The Bridge activiy is supposed to be displayed as Bridged [from-token] rather than Bridged [to-token]

Start by reproducing the bridge activity on Android 8.7.0 using an EVM-token transfer such as MON to USDT, then compare the displayed activity with defect #34046 and PR #34224. Trace the bridge activity label from the relevant mobile entry point and verify that it uses the from-token; done means the activity displays “Bridged MON” rather than “Bridged USDT” for this case.
