[Bug]: Ledger: Action Cancelled modal not displayed on android when rejecting a Send transaction

### Describe the bug

When rejecting the signing of a send transaction, the Action cancelled modal is not displayed on android.

Unable to reproduce on iOS.

Unable to reproduce on v7.82.0

### Expected behavior

See Aciton cancel modal on Android when rejecting the signing of a transaction, same as on iOS

### Steps to reproduce

1. Connect Ledger device to android
2. Send a transaction
3. Reject it on the Ledger device
4. Notice no Action cancelled modal is displayed
