Build `ActivityList` component for `WalletList` component on `Wallet Screen`.

- Create activity list component
- Create activity item component to use in list
- This includes all accounts work
- Assume all accounts data is in the same structure as other accounts so account selection logic will function the same way for both all accounts and single accounts

Start from the WalletList and the requested ActivityList component, then review the linked Figma design for the wallet activity layout.
